Your Application

You can either apply for a specific job or just send us your application. Sometimes we are able to create an opening for a suitable candidate.

Application Review

We evaluate applications according to 4 categories: cover letter, previous experience (job and training), reference to our company and structure of the documents.

General Interview

We arrange a remote interview with suitable candidates to get a better impression of the applicant and clarify suitability for a position at an early stage.

Interview Rating

We rate interviews according to the following categories: knowledge of the company, questions about the position and company, description of one's own suitability for the position and specialist knowledge in the work area.

Department Interview

If the basic interview is rated well, an invitation to an interview with the department will follow within 14 days. This is carried out in-house with 1–2 contact persons. For job offers at senior level, two job interviews are common, for some jobs test projects are possible.
