What We Need You For
- Lead position of the web development team in a project working with PM and UX/UI Designer.
- Design and write code for web/mobile applications that scale to high-volume production quality.
- Deciding in Cooperation with the CTO about Frontend and Web end Stack changes
- Assist PM to make sure the backlog is efficiently planned and occasionally assist in technical discussions.
- Write automated tests to build and support the Hypercare Team maintaining the software
- Do code reviews with your squad members.
- Learn new technologies, languages, and techniques so that you are able to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients.
- Contribute and collaborate in the creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions, while working with existing technologies and infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with other team members to define the internal processes and initiatives to help the company accomplish its mission
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- At least expert experience with a modern JavaScript framework like React JS/Redux, Vue JS or Angular JS and one popular Backend Languages like PHP, Ruby, Python, Java or JavaScript for Node.js
- Advanced experience in writing automated tests for web applications
- Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems.
- Experience with front-end architecture in an enterprise-level website
- Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating in English.
- Experience with JIRA, Agile based testing approaches
- Good command of English communications and presentation
